Microsoft Tulilap Project - a social network. Microsoft made the domain publicly available by mistake under the link:
http://www.socl.com/
Microsoft has since updated the socl.com site to reflect the mistake.
The Socl.com welcome page now reads: "Socl.com is an internal design project from one of Microsoft's research teams which was mistakenly published to the web. We didn't mean to, honest."
